Devin's Home after his Heart Cath!

Thank you all so much for your many prayers. Devin’s cath procedure was a success on Wednesday.  We arrived in the morning as we were instructed to, but because they are updating the existing cath labs, the only one in operation was in use for 7 hours.  Devin had to stop his feeds that morning, so we had one hangry little man on our hands. 

Finally at 6:00 p.m. they were ready to take him back.  We were just so grateful we didn’t have to reschedule for another day.  The results of the heart cath gave the doctors the numbers and measurements they needed to know that Devin’s heart is capable of handling the next open heart surgery.  We don’t have a date scheduled yet, but it will most likely be in the next month or so. 

Would you please be in prayer that Devin would be able to be scheduled before his brothers head back to school?  With our schedules, child care, and a hospital stay; things would just be a little more complicated if the surgery is scheduled once the boys are back in school.
