Devin's Cleared for Surgery Tomorrow Morning!!

Well, Mr. Devin (and his Mom & Dad) made it through Pre-Op today.  They drew blood for labs, did an x-ray, checked all his vitals to make sure he's all set for surgery tomorrow!

We'll be headed in bright and early tomorrow morning with surgery starting right around 9:30AM.  This open heart surgery should only take around 4-5 hours, instead of the 8 hours it took last time.

Prayer requests would be for no complications of course, but also a huge request is that he would not suffer to severely from post surgery headaches.  Because of how they are re-routing the blood flow in this surgery; his head & body will have to adjust to the new flow, which often results in severe headaches for several days.  They said there really isn't much they can do for the headaches as their body just learns to adjust.

We'll try to send an update as soon as he's out of surgery!  We are blessed to know there will be so many bringing his name before the Lord tomorrow.  We have a sense of peace knowing he's in the Lord's hands, and in the hands of such capable doctors!
